The American Flea Market Company, LLC recently acquired Happy's Flea Market in December of 1999. The American Flea Market Company is a joint venture between Gresser Markets, LLC (which is an owner of flea markets in the Southwest) and Virginia Capital (which is a Virginia-based private equity fund). This joint venture sole purpose is to acquire and improve existing flea markets in the Southeast. The American Flea Market Company will strive to improve upon the operations of Happy's. Our goal for Happy's is simple-"To run the most professional flea market in the Commonwealth of Virginia while providing an exciting shopping experience for our Customers".
