Becoming a Vendor at Happy's

It's easy to become a vendor at Happy's Flea Market!
There are several options for persons who may wish to sell.

 

Outside Vendors
Outside Spaces are available all week at different rates and also different locations on the Happy's Flea Market Property.

Rules and Guidelines:
Here are some general guidelines to follow while visiting us at Happy's.

All Spaces are "First Come, First Serve" unless marked reserved with an ORANGE mark.

Small dogs are allowed. However they must be carried in hand or toted in a carrier.
If you wish to sell animals, You MUST provide Shot Records, Shade, and adequate Food and Water.
No Adult Materials
No Firearms or Ammunition
No Prepared Food or Beverages. (individual drinks, cooked hot dogs and hamburgers etc.)
DO NOT put boxes in the trash cans. Boxes should be empty, broken down, and piled NEXT TO the trash cans.
*DO NOT leave unsold items on the premises ($50 Fine). Happy's Flea Market is NOT a dumping ground for unsold items.

Monday
$3 Set-up in the front of the building. 7:30am- 5pm. Fees collected after set-up. Building Closed.
Tuesday $3 Set-up in the front of the building. Fees collected after set-up. Ticket purchase can be used towards meal in Happy's Grill
Wednesday $5 Set-up in the front of the building. 7:30am- 5pm. Fees collected after set-up.
Thursday $5 Set-up in the front of the building. 7:30am- 5pm. Fees collected after set-up.
Friday $5 Set-up on the Side and front of the building. 7:30am- 5pm. Fees collected after set-up.
Saturday $15 Must Pay in Advance at the gate. Set-up in back lot. Spaces are $15 each and are 12'x22' in size.
Sunday $15 Must Pay in Advance at the gate. Set-up in back lot. Spaces are $15 each and are 12'x22' in size.

* Winter rates may be reduced. Rain checks are NOT given if rain is forecast for that day. Tables are available in limited supply for $5

 

 

Outside spaces can be Reserved on a Monthly basis.
Reserved spaces are marked with ORANGE, and are held until 9:00am. See front office to mark you own reserved spot.

Bingo Room or Inside Tables

We are happy to make our "Bingo Room" available . The bingo room is located just inside the main doors (the Williamson rd. entrance) to the right.
The Bingo Room is intended mostly for seasonal use, but is also available for rain or bad weather.

We have inside tables along some of the major hallways. These tables are "First Come, First Serve". (Daily rates vary from outside rates. All Tables are about 8'x3')

     
One Table $15 Open at 7am
2 tables $20 Open at 7am. Bingo room only.

 

Inside Booths

Inside spaces are available in limited supply. There is no waiting list for inside space since availability can not be predicted and the space layout and square footage vary significantly. Spaces rent for roughly $1 per square foot and are rented on a monthly basis with NO Lease. Electrical is included into the monthly rate.
A Roanoke City Business License is REQUIRED for all inside vendors and is easily obtainable through the Roanoke city business department..
Some product control is exercised as we try of offer every vendor an opportunity to market a unique item.
